Features

Everything Vorlio does.

Tasks, goals and cycles, time tracking and invoices, docs, chat, meetings, client approvals, your own AI, automations, integrations, dashboards and admin: the tools a team usually juggles across many apps, in one workspace.

Tasks and views

Organize every project the way your team actually works.

List view of a project with statuses and owners
Hubs, Collections and Projects
One Hub per team, product or client, each with its own statuses and custom fields.
Seven views of the same tasks
List, Board, Table, Calendar, Gantt, Gallery and Capacity — switch without losing filters.
Subtasks, checklists and dependencies
Break work down and see what is waiting on what.
Templates
Start new work from a ready Hub, Project or task.
Bulk edit and right-click menus
Change status, assignee or dates for many tasks at once.
Private tasks
Visible only to the people you choose, hidden everywhere else.
Repeating tasks
Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or on chosen days; the next one appears when you finish.

Objectives and cycles

Know what you are aiming for and how close you are.

Objectives with progress
Objectives with targets
Measure a goal by numbers, money, a done/not-done milestone or a set of tasks.
Progress that updates itself
Linked tasks move the objective forward as they finish; quick check-ins for numbers.
On track, at risk or behind
Worked out from progress compared with the time used.
Cycles
Plan 1–4 week cycles per Hub, add tasks from the backlog and start one at a time.
Burndown chart
Estimated hours (or tasks) left each day against the ideal line.
Carry-over
Finishing a cycle moves open tasks to the next cycle or back to the backlog.

Time and budgets

Every hour lands on the task it was spent on.

Weekly timesheet
One-click timers
Start a timer from any task; starting another stops the first.
Weekly timesheets
People submit their week, leads approve or return it.
Rates and budgets
Hourly rates and budgets per project, with burn shown as you go.
Time reports
Hours and value by project, client or person, ready to export and email.

Invoices

Bill clients for the hours your team tracked.

Invoices built from tracked time
Invoices from time
Pick a client Hub and dates; billable hours become lines at its hourly rate.
Edit before sending
Lines, tax, discount, notes, client details and dates — the draft saves by itself.
Send, print, get paid
Email the client a no-sign-in link, print or save as PDF, mark it paid.
Never billed twice
Billed hours are locked to their invoice; voiding frees them again.

Pages

Briefs, scopes and SOPs next to the tasks they describe.

A project brief page
Pages and sub-pages
Start from a template, nest pages, link a page to a task.
Version history
See and restore any earlier version.
Import and export
Bring in Word, Markdown or HTML; export to Word, PDF, Markdown or HTML.
Private or shared
Keep a page to yourself, share it with people, or with the whole organization.

Chat and inbox

Conversations that stay with the work.

A project chat channel
Channels and direct messages
With threads, reactions, voice notes and files.
Task links
Type a task ID like VOR-128 and it becomes a link.
Mentions and action items
Ask someone directly and track it until it is resolved.
Updates
Everything that needs you, with Later, snooze and cleared — one inbox per organization.

Meetings

Calls inside Vorlio, on your own server.

Video calls
Start a call from a task, a channel or a direct message. Screen sharing included.
Voice calls, like a phone
Call anyone from a direct message or channel. It rings on their computer and phone even when Vorlio is closed — answer or decline, mute, loudspeaker, record and share your screen.
Lobby and guest links
Clients join without an account; nobody gets in until a host admits them.
Host controls
Mute all, turn off a camera, make co-hosts, hand over hosting, lock or end the call.
Recording
Recordings are saved to Captures and to the meeting, with a REC sign for everyone.
Transcript and notes
After the call: who said what, a summary, decisions and action items that become tasks.

Client portal and reviews

Bring clients in without giving them your internal organization.

The client portal
Pinned comments
Clients click an image, a video frame, a 3D model or a PDF page and leave a note right there.
Versions side by side
Compare version 2 with version 3 before anyone approves.
Approve or request changes
One button, recorded on the task with who and when.
Client portal
Progress, approvals, requests and files — only their projects, never internal talk.
Request forms
Public forms that turn every answer into a task with its files.
Read-only links
Share a task or page with anyone; turn the link off any time.

Vora

Your own AI model, running on your own server.

Vora answering a question
Your day
A morning plan on Home: what to do first, today’s meetings and yesterday’s progress.
Ask Vora
Questions about your work answered from tasks, pages, comments, chat and meetings — with sources.
Chat and code
Plan, write and explain; a Code mode writes, reviews and fixes code.
Write with AI everywhere
Improve, shorten, fix grammar, change tone or translate in any editor.
Tasks from one line
Type an idea; get a clear task with subtasks, priority and an estimate.
Images
Generate pictures from a description, saved to your files.

Autopilot

Routine steps happen by themselves.

When → then rules
Created, status changed, priority changed, assigned, commented, due tomorrow, overdue.
Nine actions
Change status or priority, assign, tag, set a due date, move, notify, comment, add subtasks.
Conditions
Only for one Project, a priority, a tag or a person.
Recipes and “try it”
Start from a recipe and run a rule on any task to see what it does.
Safe by design
Rules act with their owner’s permissions and never trigger each other in loops.
